  1. What are the pick-up and drop-off locations for the concert bus service?

    • We provide pick-up and drop-off locations specified for each concert event. Details are available on our website during the booking process.​

  2. What time should I arrive at the pick-up location?

    • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the bus pick-up time to ensure a prompt departure.​

  3. Is there parking available at the pick-up location?

    • There is parking available closeby all bus stops, please check parking signs as some may have time limits or be paid parking. You park at your own risk.

  4. Can I bring food or drinks on the bus?

    • No, food and drinks are not allowed onboard the bus.​

  5. Are there any age restrictions for passengers?

    • There isn't an age limit on our buses. All are welcome!​

  6. What amenities are available on the bus?

    • Our buses are equipped with comfortable seating and comply with safety guidelines. However, there are no toilets onboard.​

  7. Is there a discount for group bookings?

    • Yes, groups of 4 or more passengers receive a 10% discount on their tickets.​

  8. What safety measures are in place on the bus?

    • All our buses adhere to strict safety guidelines to ensure a secure and comfortable journey for all passengers.​

  10. Where will my bus be on the way back?

    • Your bus will be parked where it dropped you off, this will be in the concert approved coach park - we have no ability to drop off or pick up anywhere else but the assigned locations for insurance purposes.

11. What are the return bus times?

  • Buses will depart 30 mins after the concert ends. We advise all customers to proceed to the buses directly after concert ends. We will be unable to wait for indefinitely periods of time for everybody to return due to licensing parameters.

 

12. Can I buy a homeward bound ticket only?

  • Unfortunately, we cannot cater to this at this time. We only sell return tickets in advance of the service, this is to guarantee your seat is available for the journey. Customer care is at the heart of our service and having people show up hoping for seats to be available and being unable to offer seats is not the travel experience we wish to provide. If you are looking for a guaranteed way home - we advise you book the return ticket and can enjoy your gig with peace of mind knowing your seat is safe and secure.
